Leading research on sanction recommendations to respond to war crimes being committed by Russia focused on sectoral sanctions against companies involved with forcibly transferred Ukrainian children. This work is with the International Working Group on Russian Sanctions at Stanford University, with our collaborators at the Yale Humanitarian Research Lab.
